Objectives:

Our hackathon aims to harness the power of data to develop innovative solutions that address real-world business challenges.
We strive to deliver insights, automation, and impactful strategies that transform our clients’ operations.

Eligibility Criteria:

We are accepting applications from students in the following courses:

BSc (Computer Science), BSc Information Technology (IT), Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), Master of Computer Applications (MCA).
Eligible participants must be from the batches of 2023 and 2024 with no active backlogs.

Job Responsibilities:

Work with large, complex data sets to solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems by applying advanced analytical methods as needed.
Harmonize data as required and set up models according to the business logic defined.
Use statistical tools to identify and evaluate the relationships between data fields, analyze output, and determine the next action.
Create dashboards for various stakeholders for self-serve data needs.
As part of end-to-end project execution, learn standard refreshes and routine work for production support and maintenance.
Communicate with internal and client teams daily to understand tasks and deliver per the committed timeline.
Exhibit ownership and responsibility in assigned tasks and responsibilities.
Learn and implement the documentation process for every process you are involved in.
Communicate effectively and follow up with clients and stakeholders based on assigned tasks.
Be open to continuous upskilling as needed for the project.
Maintain a can-do attitude and be open to new work and challenges.

Good to Have:

Knowledge of analytics with a data-oriented mindset to support data driven decision making.
Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Excel & PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Hackathon Structure:

This hackathon consists of two phases:

1. Coding Round: Test your coding skills and problem-solving abilities.
2. Interview Rounds: Technical Round – Assess your technical knowledge and expertise; Business Understanding Round – Evaluate your understanding of business requirements and solution design; HR Round – Discuss your fit within the team and organization.
Each interview round will be 20-30 minutes long.
