Job Description:

We are looking for a Software QA Engineer who can participate in Agile development process to develop and execute test plans, automate scripts and programs for testing.
This position will be responsible to analyse test results to ensure correct functionality and create defects when required.
You will maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and resolution of software defects in collaboration with development engineers.

Eligibility Criteria:

Any experience related to Storage industry is preferred but not essential for this position.
Candidates who have acquired basic knowledge or skills through education, internships or relevant coursework will be considered.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Quality Assurance Engineer you would work to ensure that products being built and processes being used adhere to all standards and requirements.
As a key function in our engineering organization, you’d be responsible for identifying and eliminating defects in NetApp products and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform quality reviews and internal audits; evaluating data and writing reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards.
Analyzing statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product.
Recommending modifications to existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality.
